Notice to our Wholesale Fresh Cut Christmas tree Customers Sixty years ago Carino Nurseries began planting Christmas trees, first as a hobby and later as one of the largest wholesale Christmas tree operations in the state. Along the way, we’ve seen the industry evolve and change drastically and we’ve had the pleasure to work with many wonderful customers. As of December 31, 2011 we are retiring and have sold our remaining trees to Doug and Jodi Wilhide. Doug in addition to being the nephew of Mr. Carino has over 30+ years of experience in the Christmas tree industry and for the last twenty has been our general manager and Christmas tree manager. His duties included the planting, care, shearing, harvesting and loading of the trees. Doug will continue to offer the same quality product that you received from us. The only thing that will change is the name and the voice on the phone. Doug and Jodi will operate under the name Pineton Tree Farms, LLC. And Jodi will assume the office duties.
