Canadian Hemlock (Tsuga canadensis)

Pyramidal habit.  Will grow well in moist soil and in areas with full sun to total shade.  It has short, flat needles, varying from dark to light green during the growing season.  May be used as an ornamental or hedge when controlled by shearing.
