Austrian Pine (Pinus nigra)


Limited use as cut Christmas trees.  As live trees, thousands are being used along freeways for highway beautification, an equal number are being used in cities for windbreaks and screens.  Austrian Pine is able to withstand smoke, smog and other adverse city growing conditions.  Needles are 4-6" long and are medium green in color.  A good planting investment.
