State Quarantines

Individual state quarantines prohibit the shipment of the plants listed below into their respective states or require the plants be fumigated.  We do not have the facility to fumigate plants prior to shipment.  If you live in one of these states we are unable to ship these varieties to you.

Arizona
Prohibited:  Walnut, Butternut

California
Prohibited:  Cherry, Chestnut, Crabapple, Oaks, Pines, Walnut, Butternut

Connecticut
Prohibited:  Autumn Olive

Florida
Prohibited:  Chestnut, Dogwood, Oaks

Louisiana
Prohibited: Chestnut, Oaks

Maine
Prohibited:  Hemlock

Montana
Fumigation Required:  Pines (Carino Nurseries does not do, therefore we cannot ship Pines to Montana)

New Hampshire
Prohibited:  Autumn Olive

Oregon
Prohibited:  Cherry, Chestnut, Oaks
Fumigation:  Pines (Carino Nurseries does not do, therefore we cannot ship Pines to Oregon)

Texas
Fumigation: Walnut, Butternut (Carino Nurseries does not do, therefore we cannot ship Walnut or Butternut to Texas)

Washington
Prohibited: Chestnut

West Virginia
Prohibited in certain counties:  Autumn Olive (for information on your county please contact our office)
